Terms & Conditions 30 DAY APPROVAL - FOR SCHOOLS ONLY! We will only organise a 30 day free approval with a confirmation from the trialling teacher. We do not send unsolicited software. We believe we are a friendly and flexible company so if there are any points below that you feel will make your trial difficult, please contact us on 03 5221 1331 or email sales@2simple.com.au to dicuss your individual circumstances. We want to make your trial an enjoyable experience! By agreeing to look at our software on a 30 day approval, you agree to: 1. Communicate with us by the end of the 30 day approval as to whether you wish to purchase or return the software, or alternatively if you need an extension of your trial (we allow up to a 2 week extension only). We do also send a courtesy email after the software is sent out to make sure you have received the software. We appreciate you are busy, but it does make our job easier if you can send a quick reply as confirmation. 2. Should you wish to purchase the software, we will automatically extend your temporary licence for 2 weeks for you to organise payment. Payment must be received by the end of these 2 weeks or an additional $20 admin fee will be charged. If you believe 2 weeks is not long enough for you to organise payment, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange payment plan. Once payment has been received, we will send your official licence. 3. Should you wish to return the software, you must contact us to inform us of your decision. We have a Reply Paid service available which can be used for the return of software, which we will inform you of at this time if necessary. 4. If you are returning the software and we do not receive the software within 2 weeks of the end of approval date, the school becomes liable for the cost of the software. If you believe it is not feasible for you to return within this time frame e.g. school holidays, it is your responsiblity to inform us. As we deal with thousands of schools around Australia, please remember to include something to identify your school with your return e.g. the temporary licence or a compliments slip. 5. If you return the software, you must ensure that it is completely removed from any computers/laptops it has been installed on. REMEMBER: IF WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES, WE CAN'T BE FLEXIBLE OR HELP YOU! |
