About Us
2Simple was started in 2000 by teachers and IT professionals with a common mission: to make software that really helped children learn. With an emphasis on creativity, the programs were designed to make a real impact on teaching and learning.
Our software has to be simple, easy to use and relevant. We also add meaningful activity support videos and guides.
Our first program, the Infant Video Toolkit, was written specifically to help children from the ages of 4 to 7 develop basic core computer skills. The suite of six programs contains simple painting, publishing, counting, graphing, direction and branching database programs that are now used in schools across the UK as well as internationally.
Since the release of the Infant Video Toolkit we have created many more programs based on the same principles.
We know that ICT and computers can contribute to improving standards in teaching and learning. Software can, and does empower users and usually has a positive impact on learning. The motivation and effective use of technology is something we are doing our best to make a contribution towards. This includes making software available in schools and homes through Community Licences.
Please take a look around our site. We feel that it's best to let our programs speak for themselves, so all our software is available on approval free of charge for 30 days.
We love hearing from schools who are using our software, so if you have any feedback, suggestions or examples of how you are using our software please do email us on
